I have been a regular at this location for well over a year now. The staff have always been super helpful and always go out of their way to fix any issues that may pop up occasionally. The servers are always very professional and have a positive attitude. Brittany is a fantastic example of hospitality done right and does an incredible job every day. I have met the managers, and they all have been super nice people too. Would definitely recommend this location!
I have picked up to-go food a total of 4 times here and twice the order has been wrong, one time I waited over 30 minutes for an order of fried food and sides on a Monday at 4-5pm. That time, I watched a grand total of four people walk in to dine during that 30 minutes. In essence, not busy, thus no actual excuse. As an aside, as for atmosphere, this is the least pleasant restaurant a happy person could walk into. No one seems to love their job. I ordered catering, of side dishes, for a funeral and they did an amazing job. The food was perfect, the packaging of it all was much appreciated and the service of bringing it all to my car (even in the rain) and their friendly/helpful attitudes made it so nice. It was a hard day for us, as it was for a funeral, and to have people actually go out of their way to help in this instance, was great.
I played a to go order using the online ordering process and when I went to pick up my order the store had only prepared one meal out of the three (3) I ordered. I had to wait additional time in order for my order to be correct. I understand we’re all human and make mistakes but how do you leave two (2) out of three(3) orders missing. I paid $50 for three (3) meal and received one (1) I knew as soon as I saw my order that it was not correct. They did correct my order but I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my order.
Always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. We had pancakes and grits. Pancakes were good, I like crunchy pancakes. The grits were good until I found a small piece of bacon in my bowl. I don't like eating pork out. However, I got full before I found it. I still recommend it! We were at Cracker Barrel spring hill. I prefer Columbia location.
