Amazingly good food and service. Feels like America from the 🍿 movies we all love! Just come, and step back in time in a good way. Great choice of merchandise in the attached store as well. It is a good tradition to eat at the Cracker Barrel regularly:)
My girlfriend and I went to the CB in Spring Hill for dessert! The hostess, Hilda was very welcoming and sat us quickly at a table where we could visit as we haven't seen each other for a while. She even came back to make sure everything was to our liking. Our server, Maddie was a sweet girl who took our order quickly and was very attentive. This Cracker Barrel is great. Customer service is very apparent here. Not only was our food very good, but our server, Ashley, was friendly and checked on us frequently. The host, River, was delightful, not only seating guests, but refilling their drinks and lending a hand where needed. We were so impressed by the service we asked to speak with the manager, Matt. My family and I stopped by Cracker Barrel for the first time this week, and our experience was made exceptional thanks to our server, Andie. From the moment we sat down, Andy greeted us with a warm smile, walked us through the menu like a pro, and offered spot‑on recommendations (pancakes, biscuits and over all breakfast menu did not disappoint) Throughout the meal she kept our drinks topped off, checked in at just the right moments, and even brought extra biscuits when she noticed how quickly they disappeared. Cracker Barrel has definitely stepped up their game! Everyone was super nice and very prompt. We ordering drink which came out quickly. Ordered the skillet cinnamon Rolls, they were absolutely delicious. I also ordered the casserole Shepards pie. It was different but I'd definitely get it again!! The shop always has great stuff and really great sales.
