This review is late as we where visiting the great state of Tennessee last November. How can food change within a few hours? We actually had breakfast which was great! But. When we went back for dinner it wasn't great. I've been eating at this brand for quite a while. I can say I know their food. So we ordered and her dinner was good but mine I had to take a double look something was different and disgusting. Everything but the fries was hot and looked freshly cooked. Not sure what happened to the green beans but they tasted like plastic. They are usually quite tasty. The lemon pepper trout was pretty good, as per usual. My daughter got the pork chops and she said they were dry and not very good. Usually Cracker Barrel is on point, just not this particular visit. The service however, was EXCEPTIONAL!
Amazingly good food and service. Feels like America from the 🍿 movies we all love! Just come, and step back in time in a good way. Great choice of merchandise in the attached store as well. It is a good tradition to eat at the Cracker Barrel regularly:)

I love Cracker Barrel. I must admit I haven't eaten there lately, and our visit yesterday was partly to see if the local restaurant was being changed. I was very happy to see it was exactly as I remembered. The food was great, the service was great, and I even found my wife a very pretty pullover shirt to buy. We will be back again, soon. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Cracker Barrel is the bomb. Long live Uncle Herschel !!!
