My family and I love this Cracker Barrel. The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel like your eating at your own table at home. Kate was our server and she was a doll. She was quick (even though they were extremely busy) and she never let our drinks get empty. Our food was spot on and cooked to perfection. We will continue to eat at this location over any other! Job well done Spring Hill Cracker Barrel 👏
The food & waitress was great. When I got to the front to pay for my food, I typed in my phone number knowing I had a free dessert to use. Upon typing in my number, I was told I had no coupons available. I showed my phone but still nothing came up. After three people got behind me in line I was told I needed to pay for my bill (which had the dessert that should’ve been free) and that was it.
Abosolutely one of the worst restaruant experiences I've ever had! I went there with my family of eight this morning and they somehow manaed to get virtually EVEYTHING worng. We had a 10+ minute wait before they took our order. Then a 35 minute wait until the first four of our eight meals arrived. Three of the four were not as ordered. 15 minutes later - after the first four had finished their meals (without the errors having been corrected) - the last four meals arrrived. This was the worst experience that we have ever had at a Cracker Barrel in 30+ years! They were not busy on Sunday afternoon at approx 3 PM. It took 35+ mins to get any food after placing simple orders. I actually went to find the manager. He was “really busy” socially interacting with 4-5 servers who had nothing to do. Then we were informed that they were out of their Sunday special (at 3 in the afternoon??) but no one had told our server which caused our other orders to just sit and wait. We were in there for an hour and 10 minutes and never received our food and only saw our server 2x after order was taken. We had to stop her to ask for our appetizer and then had to ask another server for the ranch for our appetizer. She came Back to say they were waiting on my chicken but 2 other tables received their food and they came in after us. We asked for our ticket and left.
