Stopped in at the Kenosha, Wisconsin restaurant/store on Tuesday September 20th, 2022. My wife ordered meatloaf. When she began to pick at it to eat it, she found that the outside was browned and the the inside was raw. We asked the waitress about it being raw. On April 30, 2022, Cheyenne did not attend to ********. ******** spoke to the host (name unknown) and the host told Cheyenne to attend the table. Cheyenne then walked past the table several times without attending to ********. ******** reported the issue to a manager (name unknown), and the manager asked if ******** would like a different member of staff. ******** said yes. Main Manager found out I was black and refused the refund that he promised on the pretense that I am black, and here I have been sitting with bowel pain since I ate at their restaurant, to spare you of the details but I have had Oprah style poo for a year, you know when she live and talked about it, what it should look like, and I have PRIDED myself for a full year of perfect POO!!! This Cracker Barrel is horrible and has a poor management team from district manger on down! This location has multiple health code violations and no regards for public safety. This location should be closed down as it tarnish the Cracker Barrel brand. Scoring as low as 49 with the board of health. They only attempt to clean when they are made aware of inspections. The safest thing to drink there is apple juice; that is if they are able to find a clean glass. All the drink dispensers are full of mold.

Went in the Grand Ledge, MI Cracker Barrel yesterday (4/2/2022) for lunch for the first time since the beginning of COVID. Ordered meatloaf dinner with 2 sides (potatoes & carrots) and was first served fried chicken, then when meal was delivered it was served with one side of potatoes and no carrots. I ws told carrots were being cooked and would take 20 minutes so I changed the side to green beans and the server offered to give me a side of green beans to go and she did not follow through. My order was incomplete and there was noone to talk with. The ashier was checking out, trying to follow up in togo orders and curbside oders. My oder was sealed.after 20 min ride home, found incomplete order. A dab of this or that. Meat and pancakes correct only.have called repeatedly to no avail I understand restaurant help shortGe but I dont get rip offs. Refund my family.

I went to breakfast 12/26/21 with my family and had the worst experience ever. We went to the Frederick, MD location. The waitress Jen, needs to be reminded of her job duties and how to treat her customers. After waiting for ever for my food, while I saw people that came after us get their food, she got upset because my eggs looked raw and I asked if they could be cooked a little more. First we love Cracker Barrel! Our Christmas trip left us disappointed! Two different Cracker Barrel's, one in TN one in KY. First why have you quit serving hash brows? It is one of our favorite things! Both places the food took up 45 minutes to get to our table and it was cold. The manager gave some lame excuses about chartering making my food late and did not really seem to care! The one in KY the biscuits looked like a kid made them, they were flat and in knots.
