Country Atmosphere I enjoy taking my family to the Cracker Barrel for our family dinners out. I like the country atmosphere and the friendly staff. The store always has lots of adorable items that I want to buy in it, and it keeps the kids entertained while waiting on the food. The food is always hot and delicious.
Great place for diner in Elkhart Cracker Barrel is located across from the I-80/90 exit 92. It’s surrounded by several good motels. As always from Cracker Barrel, food was delicious. We had no wait time for a seat (Labor Day evening), and we were served pronto. It completed a very enjoyable evening in Elkhart; it was within walking distance from the Sleep Inn we stayed at.
OK Went for breakfast, it was good. Directly across the street from the Hotel I stayed in. Numerous Hotels in area.

I just think all Cracker Barrel restaurants are over rated It's the typical Cracker Barrel food is ok. Service is ok. I do like the atmosphere. The gift shop is nice. And it puts you back in time.
Convenient The Cracker Barrel is a known quantity. Southern style of cooking, reasonable prices, and mediocre quality. Always Good Breakfasts, Unpredictable lunch I have never been disappointed by breakfast at a Cracker Barrel and this one in Elkhart left everyone smiling.
