A familiar comfort I love a good, consistant restaurant and this fits the bill. There's nothing quite as nice as being greeted by a friendly waitstaff. Cracker Barrel seems to find some really good hostesses and waitresses. The food was hot and yummy, same as always. We especially love their accomodation of those of us on low-carb diets.

Convenient Comfort Food I drive over the road, so Cracker Barrel is always a good place for a good hot meal. This location is just off the turnpike in a location convenient to Elkhart and South Bend hotels and activities.
Predictably decent The Haddock (new on the menu since last time I traveled and ate at a Cracker Barrel) is excellent! I'm delighted with newer healthier menu options like brown rice pilaf. Service at this one is lovely, and as long as you enjoy country menu, you don't be disappointed here.

Great Breakfast Spot Staff if very friendly. Wait time varies, but the food is very good - and great place to pick up a souvenir or two.
Supper I had the fried catfish sandwich and my husband had the biscuits and gravy. Very friendly and clean.
Best breakfast place We always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. The portions are plentiful and lots of choices are available. I told the server what I wanted and she matched that with the most economical menu item.
Too Cheesey Cracker Barrel has too much noise getting to the food place, too much junk for sale and too much cheese on their grits!
