We've eaten at The Cracker Barrel for years. Very few times in the last few. We keep trying, but now we will not try again. The food quality has deteriorated to a point just above garbage. Unfortunate for a chain that always had excellent food and service. I hope they get it right again. It really WAS a great place...
Our server was new (she told us) and she did ok for a new person. Some meals were wrong, but she did correct it. The food however, was terrible. Hash Brown Casserole was old and dry and seemed burnt. not too bad food was good but cold when got it this was second time we have eat their and both times food came out cold . so we went to perkins next night and eat and food for hot and better
Don't do it We were late after traveling all day, they were about to close. Wish they had, food was terrible. Over cooked, tasteless, southern fare. The staff was cleaning up all around us, not a pleasant eating environment. Over priced and odd menu.
Yuck All the food tastes the same... The only time I have to go there is when traveling with a group and everyone has to pee and they need a place for all of us to sit down to eat..
