Sometimes they give good food, but most of the time they don't. Missing stuff, chicken tenders were not cooked good, just a hit or miss with this restaurant waaaay too often
Paid $4.15 for a tea we never got and my The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast was missing a side. Theres a big empty side spot in the dish so it kind of stands out.
Roast beef portion was half as much as you used to get, It wasn't tender, and the price is too much for what I received.
I didn't receive one of the entrees. The rest of the meals had incorrect components or were poorly cooked. I usually love Cracker Barrel so this was a big letdown.
catfish was very small actually looked like tilapia filets also unseasoned and tasted nothing like catfish. Hash brown casserole was good.
I used Door Dash and I didn't receive all of my side dishes. The side dish that I did receive wasn't what I even ordered. When I called them to resolve the issue I was placed on hold for a few minutes until someone just decided to just hang the phone up on me. Last, the steak was super chewy and poorly cooked. My worst experience yet.
Dont order delivery, everything cold or lukewarm at best hashbrowns burnt to a crisp. Ham looked absolutely terrible.
done with this restaurant. they have changed multiple recipes. the last 3 times we have ordered our food was dry and had to be thrown away. hashbrown casserole is totally different. mashed potatoes were so crumbly and had a litteral tablespoon of gravy on top. gravys all taste different and were chunky. I don't know who is managing it now but it is horrible quality.
Food was good except sweet potato was not fully cooked and was not edible.
