Terrific service I like the variety of foods served/offered at CB - again a great visit. Service was excellent! I was thanked for visiting (not always happens at other restaruants or even this chain in other ciites).

Good food, but best when they are busy We've seen this same issue at some other restaurants. When things are slow here, the waistaff tend to hang out in the kitchen, and the food seems to be leftover or warmed up. But when they are busy, the staff are flying around and all the food seems freshly prepared.
Great place to unwind Always try to have our evening meal at Cracker Barrel when traveling. The grilled spicy catfish dinner with three sides is outrageously delicious. I lost my cell phone at their establishment and the manager was kind enough to Fedex it to my home at no charge, while declining to accept reinbursement.
How can you go wrong with Cracker Barrel Great food and Service! Everything was hot and well-prepared. Great comfort food at a great price. Tried the Vidalia Onion salad dressing on a grilled chicken salad and it was very tasty. Would definitely go back.
