They’ve helped me out twice with a garage door. Both times they provided fast, excellent service at a reasonable price.
Had a spring bust around 7pm. Called C&B and left a message to be contacted when they opened. They called me at 9pm that same night and had me set up for 10am the next morning. They replaced the spring, fixed cables that were cut due to the door drop and replaced 30 year old weather stripping at my request. Great service by Keith and C&B!

The technician, Keith, was very professional and efficient. They installed my doors 30 years ago and just needed servicing in the last few years.
I am very satisfied with their service. I had problems with a wall mount opener from another company and the installer. So I called Crawford and Brinkman to have someone come out and see if there was a problem with the door. There was no problem with the door and the technician was very helpful in advising what type of opener I should buy. A part for the new opener was on back order , and I had good communication with Chuck on updating the status of the order and scheduling the installation date. The installation went well... read more
