Called Credit Associates in March 2024 and was told they will work with my debtors and settle my accounts for much less than I owe. They claimed the process would take three months, my credit history would take a dip, but then the numbers would rise when the accounts get changed to settled. Well, nine months later and only two accounts have settled and my credit score is totally destroyed. Not satisfied with anything this company has done, use any other company, these people don’t actually care about your well being. I am now paying more money than was originally expected, I have gotten emails for loans that said were pre approved but got denied for when I signed up. They make it difficult to look at your profile on their own website because they just want to get new people to fall for their system.
