CA has followed through to settle one of two credit card accounts. My only problem is the length of time it takes to resolve settlements. On the whole I'd say that ** is a good company in a tough business market.

Credit Associates are very kind and helpful. They always keep you informed of all that is happening with your account. My only complaint is that they offer you a referral bonus. I referred a person and have never received a bonus.....
