Credit Associates are very kind and helpful. They always keep you informed of all that is happening with your account. My only complaint is that they offer you a referral bonus. I referred a person and have never received a bonus.....

I wasn't sure what to do with excessive debt. The explanations were simple and seemed almost too good to be true. I wasn't comfortable ignoring creditors as I was instructed but it all worked out as explained, and now that it's over, I saved thousands and I can focus on financial stability. There wasn't a lot of communication and sometimes I worried about that, but in the end, there apparently wasn't a need for additional communication. Just the facts, pay as agreed, and it's all good.
