No email or fax or text messaging facility. Offer to reduce my credit balance by 60%, which sounds too good to be true. Bait and switch. It's not even remotely true.
On the 3rd phone with Credit Associates I was under the impression they were going to send me documents to review. While speaking with them live they wanted me to sign an electronic contract on the spot (they emailed me a link to an electronic document). The guys personality changed and he became extremely pushy and did not want to allow me time to review the document. I think this salesman had a quota to meet.
