Iv been waiting several months (with the amount they asked for initially paid in full) for them to make their settlements. If I wasnt calling almost once a month nothing would have been done I feel. Theyre constantly trying to grab more money out of you each time they talk to you. After finally reaching settlements they wait till the last minute to tell you they will not pay off anything and only make payments until they receive their fee. Their fee btw is almost $2,000. Find another credit consolidator asap.

This company pretends to be a federal program to consolidate debt. They are intentionally misleading customers. This is a for-profit company that can not guarantee any type of debt forgiveness. If you DO get any debt forgiveness, it will cost you your creditworthiness as they will default on all your debt to get negotiating power. They also use high pressure sales techniques and charge an exorbitant fee for any debt forgiveness.

When I signed on with them, they said they would stop negotiating within 2 months.So I called after three months and still nothing being done after paying five I decided to stop payment and get my money back.. I signed up with them last week but the night after I signed up with them, I could not sleep. I did not like they they required no proof of the income I was telling them we make. It seemed a little too easy for them to get our information in order to take debt off our hands. I had no peace about it. I decided to look up reviews and so glad I did. I started with this company when I received their letter. The original phone call told me they would start negotiating in 2 months - NOT TRUE. I was later told I had to change banks because they cannot negotiate with my bank since the credit cards are associated with it. They take an awful lot of money only to leave you having to go through collection calls and demand letters for a long time (to prove hardship). If theres an option for negative starts I would choose it. My experience was a lot like many on here Im sure, and am kicking myself for not looking into them more from the start. I enrolled several cards and they negotiated most them however one could not be settled and it led me to being sued!!When I alerted credit associates about it they told me to send in the documents and that theyd contact me if needed and that theyd be handling it from there. Scam. Working with them made my credit situation worse. And of the ******* I put into their debt "savings" only $661.00 made it to my creditors. They kept the rest....non profit, sure!! And my credit sank another 150 points. I could have done bad all by myself! Now I'm deeper in the whole, and screwed out of $1000.00. It even took me 3 calls and about 1.5 hours to even get through to cancel.
