I think the BBB should spend some time reading reviews before bestowing an A+ rating on a business.
We have been paying the amt. established to begin paying off our debt. So far none of it has gone to creditors we chose to be part of this program in working down our debt. The creditors are now very upset that no payments have been made…. We don’t blame them!!! We have no faith in Credit Associates and will begging the process of getting our money back to pay our creditors!!!!
They will completely ruin your credit beyond repair! They advise you not to pay for your credit cards since they will be settling with them but will not pay them off right away. It’s been 7 months now and only 3 out of 10 have been settled. Soooo many missed payments on my credit report! Hiring a lawyer not sure how they’re allow to do this type of business.
They did not take care of my credit cards now I have to go to court

Terrible company and terrible customer service! They just keep taking your money and do not follow through with their commitments!
This company is a total rip off! Do not put your hard earned money in this program. Their fees are hidden. They will only show you a portion of what they charge you. They say its your money and you are in control, but at the end of day they are in controls. Run!!!!!!Try credit help from your bank first.
I try to login into my account and they tell me that's the wrong password ð??¡ and I need to add more money ð??° to my account I also got subpoenaed from the court and they told me that they had taken care of this so I am closing this account out get me an attorney because they misleading all their customers is so hard for me to login each month I always have to speak to someone to help me login bad news
Shortly after deciding to decline their debt reduction offer, my email box got FLOODED with phishing email for Camp Lejeune, "You won" and "Your order" from Best Buy and Costco, Medicare phishing, SO MANY DUPLICATE PHISHING EMAIL!!! No, I don't think it was a coincidence as I never received any of them until after I declined their offer. I'm especially peeved because I complimented the rep for being so patient and thorough with me.
