I don't even know how this company is legally allowed to operate. The woman who sold me on the plan completely lied to me and gave me a low "estimate" of the total amount I would be paying. The reason I had a high balance was that I paid for extra classes to find a job more easily since I was laid off due to COVID. After sacrificing my 800 credit score for far below 600, putting most of my paycheck towards the payments for almost 2 years, it turned out that my actual payment would be much higher than estimated. Wish I could do no stars!! This company will take advantage of someone that has gotten into debt. They will talk a big talk about saving you lots of money. When actually you will pay out just as much as you owe at the time of signing up. If you owe a $1000 on a card, you sign up. Than that card can add on an additional 300 or way more before they start to settle. So say now the card is $1500, they settle for $750, than they charge you 25% of $1500, $375, than total is $1075. $75 more than original debt. And than you have to ... read more

They are not helping people I've sent 7,000.00 and no one has been paid off 4,000.00 was in there fees shame on the do not use them
I would never recommend this debt consolidation program to anyone! I called them to consolidate my debt fall of 2020. I was told it would be solved by spring. It was not! I was then told it was going to be resolved by the summer of 2021 and I followed up with the company and I was then told that my debt was being negotiated and still is as of February 2022. they charge a fee of 25% and they hide another fees . I am dissatisfied with their costs
I don't recommend this program. First and foremost, I am at the end of this process, or so I thought. I enrolled and our "credit plan" was due to end in the next few weeks, however, because I am now being sued for a second time, by one of my 3 creditors, I now must continue paying until 2023.
