Good Experience We had our loan refinancing with Crest Mortgage by Lucy Alejandre and it was overall a good experience for the most part. Lucy was always very kind, patient, and at the end of everything was able to get our home refinanced. I'm giving it four stars because this process took way too long and there were a couple instances where the information relayed was inaccurate.
