Positive and Straight Forward From beginning to end the process was straight forward and easy. I worked with Kevin from Crest throughout the entire process. He clearly defined the documentation needed and even helped me with instructions to convert online account statements to pdf's. That's all good but it was not what brought me to Crest. They had the lowest interest rates available on the 15 year fixed loan I was seeking. Closing costs were reasonable. I certainly would recommend you talk to these guys.
Very smooth process At first I was afraid of working online without a brick or mortar presence, but everything went well. I worked with Bill Tarter and he was available every day I needed to talk to him.

Recommend Crest Had a really great experience with Crest Mortgage. Rik Purpura locked us into a great rate on a 15 year loan. Communication from Rik was excellent and we were able to get updates from him and get him whatever he needed straight away. I highly recommend Crest Mortgage and Rik Purpura specifically. Overall GREAT experience! We had the pleasure of working with Kevin Mills, we had a little bit of a unique situation and he worked his magic and made things happen for us. The best in getting your loan approved I would recommend Leann, from Crest Mortgage for finalizing and getting my refinance approved. Being self employed I knew off the bat that my loan would require special attention and handling. I would highly recommend Crest Mortgage. All I received was the highest professionalism.

Bill tarter was excellent in providing direction and a clear path to closing with the loan that best fit our needs. A wonderful and smooth online experience Sara and Leann are so flexible working me. We developed friendship during the process. Sara especially is always in touch for any issues that needed attention. She is available almost always 24/7. This is my second refinancing with them.
