Refi Just wrapped our refi with Crest Mortgage and they especially Bill Tarter were SOOOO FANTASTIC to work with. Any questions or concerns we had Bill was there with all the answers and very quick response time. Easily the best experience I've ever had. If you're in need of a refi I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!
Fantastic experience Leann Tarter was great to work with. She was professional and friendly, and immediately responded to us when we reached out to her. She made the re-fi process VERY easy, which was a wonderful change compared to other experiences we've had on past re-fi's. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Very Good experience Michelle was very thorough and responsive during the entire process. She kept us informed and followed up on many phone conversations with a written electronic correspondence to ensure there was clarity and transparency. The entire process, even with all of the supporting documentation, was very simplistic. I would recommend Crest Mortgage and specifically Michelle for anyone’s mortgage related needs.
Overall a very positive experience. Alex Cordero was very knowledgeable and professional, providing a clear explanation of the terms and conditions of my refinance. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions and text messages. I wasn't an easy refinance but he kept the ball rolling and the process was completed. I look forward to working with Alex again in the near future.
Could NOT be happier! My re-fi was not simple. Anthony worked with me, was always instantly available, held my hand through the entire process and got me the rate I wanted and a nice cushy cash out to help with my triplet's college tuition. Great Experience and Learning We refinanced our 1st, 2nd, and debt consolidation loans to help get one payment and all under one interest rate. The process did take some time and patience, as we had to submit paperwork, docs, proof, ect...which is part of the process.
