Excellent experience The person I worked with was the main reason I chose to go with Crest. After talking with other lenders (who either responded up to a week later or sounded like used car salespeople) I chose Crest. Refi in record time Crest Mortgage with Lucy Alejandre coordinating our loan was excellent to work with and was able to facilitate our refi closing in 4 weeks. Lucy was super responsive to queries and clear in her requests. I appreciated her follow-up and on-going communication. Several times I inquired about the status and Lucy either had an answer or got an answer within minutes. The rates were competitive with the APR differential being better than many.
