Great experience for first timers This was our first time refinancing, so the process was totally new to us. David was very knowledgeable and always responded quickly. Every step was always explained to us before taking the next step. Anytime I had question I always felt comfortable because if he didn’t have the answer he always took the time to get it to us quickly. If we refinance again we are definitely using CREST MORTGAGE.
Easy, No B.S. process. My own bank of 20years could not keep up with these guys. Their rates are better, their agents (especially Stephanie Allen) are better with no rediculous obstacles to waste your time. I will use them again.
An amazing experience The entire process was lightning fast. Bill Tarter was amazing. He was constantly in contact with me. He responded to my phone calls and emails immediately. He was on top of everything from day one to closing. He got me the refinancing I needed with the best interest rate. Thank you Bill for a painless experience and for always there for us every step of the way.
