Always helpful and the new secretary in Florence South Carolina is very friendly!
Miss Cassie and miss Debbie make that entire clinic they’re the reason I look forward to my trips up there in the morning. The other new blonde lady at the window is amazing as well. You guys have created a great staff and if there’s every a problem Justin is the first person to handle it and we appreciate it.
The dosing nurses are always very nice and so is the director . Also I like my counselor, Mrs. Teesha Williamson Burgess. I can tell that she really cares.
When I started coming to Crossroads in Florence 3 years ago, my life was in shambles. I didn't have a job, I was chasing an addiction that was destroying and killing me, and I was going nowhere. Through the will to get sober, the numerous staff that genuinely care about your sobriety and recovery (such as Kelly, Keri, and Emma), and through allowing Methadone to ASSIST in my recovery (not guide it), I have gained a new outlook on life. Crossroads is the place to go if you want to get your life back!! I got help there in 2005 and have NEVER looked back! I’m in Florence S.C., and my counselor is awesome and all the employees are very kind. I don’t feel judged there. So if you are ready they are there waiting, and you WON’T regret it!! PS . This is to the crossroads staff. I hate to say it, but the parking lot in Florence is HORRIBLE again! I hope y’all can fix that. Thank you! Debra
I love every person that I’ve even had contact with here. They care, and sometimes it’s not very common for addicts, current and recovering.
I had to see Dr. Merlin yesterday and he is the most wonderful Dr. that I have ever seen. He was the one that explained opiate addiction to me 16 years ago in treatment at Richland Springs in Columbia, S.C., and started my Methadone mantinence on August 18, 2005, the weekend of Katrena. My life changed that day! I have been clean ever since and I have actually had a wonderful life since! Of course I still have problems, but I DON’T run to drugs to solve them anymore! I had been to many treatment centers before that, but had ... read more
I love all the staff at the windows they are all fabulous and teesha is an amazing person and counselor all together. The director is great I just wish they would work a little better with phasing the patients up when they’re eligible and pushing that more.
