The people who work at Florence are amazing! From the counselors to the nurses to the med room people and the people who check you in! They all are caring, friendly, compassionate and truly help if there is a problem! If I forgot someone I’m sorry! You all are wonderful people! I don’t agree with the protocols and how long it takes to move up from level to another but that has nothing to do with the people who work here!

I’m treated very well here by everyone. My counselor Teesha is awesome, I can tell that she cares about me and my well being which means a lot. Also the the director, Ms. Cheryl is one of a kind, she always gets the job done and she always keeps her word. Also, Shannon , not sure if she is at the Florence office full time , but she is always so nice and helpful. I know I can’t name everyone but I’m thankful for being treated like somebody.

People are amazing and are very caring! That’s not the problem I have! My problem is that it takes so long to be able to take your dosages home! Driving there every single day between 5-10am makes it so difficult especially if your disabled like me! And the cost for gas to go everyday is getting very costly! They make it way to long to move up so that you can take home a weeks worth of meds at a time or more! The program is great especially for those that are addicted! I am there because of pain issues (documented) because I couldn’t find a dr to help me because if the new opioid crackdown and fear that Drs have to help us! So to avoid withdrawal I had to go to methadone which does nothing for my pain! Because I don’t use and am in terrible pain and how hard it is for me to get around arrangement’s should be made for certain people to not have to go daily but weekly! It takes to long to move up levels

Great! I just have to brag on my counselor, Teesha is a very caring person and I’m bkesssd to have her as my counselor. I know I’m bipolar and crazy at times but she is always nice and patient with me . Also the 2 ladies at the check in window are awesome. They always have a positive attitude.... and can’t leave out the director Ms. Cheryl, she is fabulous, always willing to help.
