The in/out process has been faster lately. The condition of the parking lot is a big negative. My counselor, Amber, is great!

As I’ve said in an earlier review Starting Point of Florence saved my life 15 years ago as of August 25,2020! In that review I mentioned how horrible the parking lot was. Well I’m writing this to say ,THANK YOU! They are in the process of fixing it as I speak!!! I had a response after my earlier review that said they were going to get it repaired and that’s what they are doing!!! It really feels good to be heard and even better to know that they listened!!! I came to Crossroads Treatment Center on the verge of losing everything. Because of my addiction, I couldn’t keep a job, I was pawning my kids toys to get drugs.
