My counselor is very attentive and works to make my time there efficient and stress free. Girls at window are quick and professional. And the nurses and techs who administer the meds are polite and quick. 🏈😃😃😃

I love my counselor Robbie and the ladies at the front desk are great also. All of the nurses are great too, but they seem to be a bit understaffed at times. Dr. Merlin is also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that the patient parking lot has huge potholes everywhere. There are so many that it’s impossible to drive around them.

It s OK . It feels like the lthe people that work there try to remind us that we have to have the medicine and they can treat us how they want since we got to get the medicine and not get sick. I dont think I explained that well. EX. ..I HAVE HAD THE DOOR SHUT IN MY FACE SO MANY TIME WHEN it WAS RIGHT AT THE EXACT TIME AND ITS LIKE THEY LIKE DOING THAT KINDA OF STUFF TO US.

All of the staff treats me with respect and they are always nice when I come in. They don’t treat me like a person who was on drugs. They laugh and talk to me every time I come there. 💙

Very fast service. In and out less than 5 minutes. Very clean and everyone was adhering to COVID regulations. Felt very safe

I’ve previously given a review and told how this program saved my life 15 years ago. I have been clean ever since.I can HONESTLY say I have not done or craved an opiate since! That is a HUGE deal for me! Not a “dirty” drug test since day 1! I recently had to come back to Starting Point in Florence,S.C.(nothing to do with relapse) and everyone has been as kind as they could be.I have NO complaints about the staff, butI do have one problem. I have been going to starting point of Florence consistently for about 11/2 now and I absolutely love it. They don’t just treat me as if I am so addict coming to get methadone. They treat me like a person, like family. Ernistine and Cheryl are the two most caring people I’ve ever met and they know me by name not just by number. I appreciate them so much.
