Counselors and nurses are nice. Dr. Merlin is amazing. There needs to be a security guard there to ensure staff and client safety. Also the parking lot is terrible. It is gravel and always has huge potholes everywhere. It’s been bad over ten years- the parking lot needs to be paved already.

The Nurses and staff are really striving to understand our concerns. My counselor, w. McLain, does a fabulous job relating to me. She never judges or tries to put herself above me. And Dr. Merlin, what can I say? If you don't get along with Him, look in the mirror!

Some people have to be at work by 6am an hour away from the clinic and no one is doing ANYTHING to correct the problem or issues. My fiancé had to miss getting his medicine when he has seizures so this makes it even worse on him when he has to skip his medicine because the line is wrapped around the building. Service has improved!especially the process of getting to the dose window! I actually left my car running the other day when inside came right back out two minutes......But the observed urine test is ridiculous I’m a 55-year-old man and to have somebody standing at me look at me take a piss is absolutely humiliating no reason for it

To many rule changes with out letting anyone know until you are made to be wrong false drug screening this place needs a change for the good to encourage to get off methadone
