Staff is always upbeat and friendly and the doctors are usually punctual, to the point, & helpful if needed.
Everyone is so very nice and the process is easy. The only issue (not just my issue either) is you’re scheduled for a certain time but then you’re stuck waiting a hour. I was there last night and my appointment was for 6:05 pm I was early So I knew I’d have to wait until at least 6:05 . I didn’t get in to see the doctor until 6:50 pm Because there were people ahead of me on the sign in sheet I don’t know what time there appointments were but I feel like us patients who arrive on time shouldn’t have to wait almost a hour aft... read more
Staff does a great job making clients feel welcome and comfortable. There is no stigma regarding being a Suboxone user.
Good place to start wanted to change ur life and stay clean you got good people helping and I rate this 10 very good place to be when u want to stay clean there alone help if u put in the process

This was my first time at this facility, I couldnt get back into my home facility for quite awhile so I was scheduled here at Meadville. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the women there were all so nice & helpful & they had me in & out & on my way in no time! If it wasn't a 40 min drive here, I would probably switch just because how quickly I was done. At my home facility, Im there for AT LEAST an hour if not longer.
