I will forever go to meadville. The Erie office is absolutely terrible and needs a new front office person. That guy is incredibly rude. But meadville people should all get a raise!!!! Well don’t meadville staff and doctors thank you for making my apt quick and painless.

Fast appointment. But my insurance won’t pay for my lab work each month because they say that billing department doesn’t send documentation that justifies medical necessity of the swab , even though it is required of the patient and the prescription can not be dispensed without the lab work . This has been going on for the entire 2 years I’ve been going to this facility.

I have been doing the zoom appointment because my husband and mother are very high risk. I’m only getting two wk supplies which means I have an appointment twice a month. I haven’t failed a drug screen in years now! With the zoom meeting this time my appt was for 830 it’s was well after 930 before ANYONE even came on the screen!! I was late for work because of this!
