I am very happy with the services crossroads provides. I have been clean and sober since I have been patient with crossroads. I would not be able to maintain my sobriety without their services.

I think everything was great!! Covid precautions were on point!! Other then none of the nurses were wearing masks !! I was a little confused tho with the drug testing... I had to take a urine n a swab..?!? Which doesn’t really make sense! I haven’t had a dirty urine in a lonnng time like years yet there’s ppl that use in the Erie bathroom with no one batting an eye!! My family is all high risk I also don’t understand having an appt with a doc on the screen...especially being an exemplary patient I should have the option to s... read more

It was a fast easy process, no waiting. Wish they still did online visits though, sometimes it’s hard to find a ride
