Everyone was great this time! Last 2 times it was awful! Girl at front desk was slow didn’t act like we were important at all, talked to other people about stuff that didn’t pertain to her job while people were waiting to get checked in, let people go before other people who came in earlier than their appt time, why do we even need a appt then? Just letting them come in as they please! This girl was a lot younger than the girl who normally works there!
Very helpful and couldn’t ask for any more. Very professional.

The doctor from meadville was great and the people working for crossroads were great. What wasn’t great was having the Bradford Pennsylvania office be so unprofessional that they canceled my appointment and didn’t relay the message. Something like that happening to someone that isn’t strong willed would have just given up and assumed that the program had given up on them and went back to using.
