Office visit was great. Billing not so great. Bills are always wrong and not corrected.
It’s just a very frustrating experience. I don’t understand why I have to constantly do unneeded counseling. It kind of feels like it’s all about the money instead of the patient. But all in all the Meadville locations staff is amazing.
Doctors are very kind and understanding. No judgments. Billing department however leaves a lot to be desired. My records of payment are always incorrect and the insurance company doesn’t receive proper coding so they don’t cover my lab work. I’ve been trying to get it squared away for months and months.
You did well... The whole experience dealing with you guys has been, overall, a positive one!!
