I ask yo use the bathroom and they let me I went in and someone was in there and they started cursing me out I shut the door immediately I turned around and two men assaulted me and threw me out the front door and the staff canceled my appointment and I’m stuck without medication very unprofessional…

I'm working 12 a day n it's very hard for me to get to my appt ..the past month or so been rough a death in family outta state and I do homecare work for elderly and put 84 hours a week in so I miss my appts the past 3 times and I had used to get thru my days ..I came 2 hours late n they wouldn't see me Sunday 18th n gave me another appt for today at 6:10 pm so I have to leave my job again and take 2 buses to get there and give another hot urine and I live up n.e. area..and they tell me if my urine is hot again I gotta come ... read more

i have an appointment tomorrow morning 11/20/2022 but so far making an appointment is not easy if you don't have a car and you're disabled like myself, no thanks to the Kensington office always giving me a difficult time. just this past week i waited 21/2 hours for a doctor appointment via zoom. No response.
