Whoever called me apparently never put any thing on record because the office refuses to give me at least every other visit on zoom. My 14 y/o daughter & or my brother have to keep seeing this as well. Clients gather up on the side of the building to actively use drugs & every single t... read more

My 1st in person visit i waited to see the doctor for a half hour only to be told that he had left an hour before I got there with no explanation. 2 other people were also waiting for him. Was left with no way to get prescription and had to use to keep from getting sick. Then the next day was supposed to have a tele visit and right before it was time I get a phone call saying that I have to take a 30 mile ride on bus train and subway to show my insurance card of which they already had the info for. Kathleen Kirk NP is uncomfortable to talk to.I’m having problems with my kidneys and I had surgery I was sick even while I was talking to her and she made it unbearable to talk to. That’s the reason why I was on the pain medication because I had kidney stones and an infection in my kidneys, bladder infection and a urinary track infection. I forgot to tell my pharmacist and my primary physician about the Klonopin because I was sick and Kathleen Kirk not directly but Indirectly called me a liar. That’s when she Imediately as... read more

I have been a patient here for over a year. When the pandemic hit I was switched to telehealth appts like most members. Several months in I was told that I would have to come into the ofc for a visit for a mandatory drug test/mouth swab, which I am happy to do. Unfortunately, however, this comes at a time when the country and out area is seeing COVID-19 infection spikes that are unprecedented. I explained during several calls to the staff that because I have a rare blood disorder (compromised immune system) I didn’t feel com... read more
