Everybody has allways bin kind to me there..the one problem im having Suboxone does not seem to be taking away cravings ..i am becoming more and more worried about it..i relapsed a couple months ago after being clean for a year...im just very worried
Unfortunately there is no therapy and that is not a plus. Also the doctors are not working with me since I started there, knowing that I wanted to one day get off of it. They keep tossing me from one doctor to the other and not understanding that I need to get off of it completely. They let me do zoom because of just getting out of hospital.

I have been sober for over a decade... I am a single mother of 3 children and completely understand that due to COVID-19 this year, we have had to use tele-medicine for our appointments. I had an in office appointment scheduled and called to seek the help of a customer service rep from Crossroads for advice on what my options are since I hadn’t seen my primary doctor yet...they rescheduled me for a telemedicine appointment. Every single time I’ve had a telemed appointment I’ve had to wait well over an hour and a half, and a few times even after waiting I wasn’t seen by anyone. It’s not really working well.
