Sometimes you relapse and it can be hard to admit but, being treated as less than by your prescribing Physcian does not motivate u to want to quit. Does not match your About Us page.

Need more connection with doctors and when we call to speak to the director of the program a few times and never receive a call back that’s not good. This is life or death for someone like myself who takes my sobriety very serious. To this facility I’m just a number and I don’t like that.

On March 27 I went to my appointment and was told I had To give a Urine sample I did and when I was done I came out with my urine sample and asked the girl if she wanted it she told me no to leave it near the sink I expressed my concern because my name was not on the bottle and there were multiple other urine specimens with no names sitting on the sink also once again she told me leave it on the sink she was walking in after me to get it I had concerns about her knowing which one was mine. It took me four days to get my medication and I'm using Cigna plus paying cash money. The doctor sent in by prescription two times wrong. The receptionist at Crossroads are non-professional and behave like they're in the ghetto.
