The doctor I seen yesterday name was W. wright at the Kensington location, he was extremely rude basically calling me a junkie saying hateful things and making me feel very uncomfortable from the time I sat in his office. I contacted the main office to file a report against him due to the way I was spoken to being unexceptional and I didn’t hear anything back. Finally saw a doctor that wasn’t afraid to giv me my monthly’s back, took a swab last time but only received 2 weeks cause needed to see my result saw nurse practitioner which I hate seeing cause their afraid to write you for a whole month even if you deserve it but my Swab was negative so Shapiro gave back my monthly’s!! Thank god cause I work an cannot afford to take off every 2 weeks!

It was terrible. I never had a problem till this month. On Friday I never received zoom notifications and I forgot as well last night I was never contacted I called in I was put into zoom meeting and was in there 29 mins waiting eventually I had to disconnect And go back to work

I cannot do the Telahealth visits which would’ve much better because your nurse practitioner an or some dr think they are God an messed up my schedule. I had monthly’s before the pandemic started did the Telahealth visit an depending on the mood of the dr I got them or did not at no fault of my own them when ask why they threaten you with getting your script. I have been with Ars for over 5 years and it very different now I guess you are trying to see as many patients possible because it just seems very impersonal plus after doing the telemed Appt. The doctor never even sent my script.I was in bad accident so making it anywhere let alone the pharmacy is a challenge. And you have a voicemail but noone ever gets back to you about your issue even though the message says it will.Also ever telemed Appt. time I get I still don't get seen til almost an hour later. Called in April. Nobody ever called back. Called again and made an appt in Kensington for 6/26 which is 2 hours away. I was told they were going to see if I could get an appt in Harrisburg but NOBODY ever called. I finally called 3 days before the appt and was told the doctor is not even there on Fridays. So why would they make my appt on friday??? I got help elsewhere. Please do not contact me again about this.
