I’m going thru a really difficult time in my life and got the worst news ever. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I was in tears explaining to My counselor Erica What was going on and letting her know my plans of commuting back and forth to Ohio to Help take care of my father. She helped lift my spirits with her kind encouraging words and also gave me options to consider while I was in Ohio. Also the nurses that work there and call me weekly are so pleasant to talk to. For the most part I really don’t have any complaints. Most staff and procedures are efficient 👍. You don’t have much to complain about either, most counselors are more interested in how they can catch a client doing something wrong than trying to help with circumstances that lead to comprehensive sobriety. We are not all beyond help, my perspective is theory y should be applied to some degree or other

They are a great group of people there. I just wish the dosing could be quicker I know that’s not their fault they need more space and more people. But in the end they gave me a new beginning and I am forever thankful for them.
