Everything and everyone has been great since I started treatment almost two months ago. My counselor Roxy is always available and is absolutely wonderful.
It’s been a long road to get to this point. But I’ve found nothing but mutual respect and the help I desperately needed. I would refer any one I know that was in need of medically assisted opiate treatment. This is a much better place than many.
I love Melissa she is always friendly and tries to get people in and out quickly with signing in. Some of the staff are amazing but there is a few that seem a little rude. Erica is my counselor. She had started a schedule for seeing her but she wouldn't be there. Then she stopped that and started coming to get us at the door. She does not put the flags in the app for signing in so you have no clue that you need to be seen. I have a job that I have to get to every morning and I have seen her the last 3 Fridays. My experience with all the staff has been great. At no time did they make me feel less than. I have felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Keep up the great work. Special thanks to my counselor Erica for letting me know she is there to help me.
My counselor Jewel is a great counselor, the other staff are great as well the security guard goes out of her way to accommodate you as much as possible treats people with respect. The only complaint is the wait time sometimes to get in and dose.
Everything was good except for the starting dose. I'm still sick but the nurse said it will go up on Tuesday.
