It’s helped me a lot by making it better for me to quit using and to stay clean. I really am thankful for the treatment and the program at crossroads I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for them the staff is very friendly and understanding.

Crossroads has given me my life back! My counselor has given me so many tools to help me live a productive sober life. She truly cares about me and that’s something I’ve never experienced at any other treatment facility. The nursing staff is absolutely amazing! They are gentle and patient, and that’s not always easy when you’re dealing with addicts. Their smiling faces and positive energy make my 5:00 am mornings much easier. I have been with Crossroads since their very first day open in Petersburg, VA. I’m so grateful for this clinic. My life has done a whole 360 since being on methadone. Everyone there is very friendly and willing and able to help.

As someone with 15+ yes in the dental field, I know how a medical practice should run and Crossroads definitely runs efficiently while not being overly stuffy. I really like my counselor, she makes me feel like she cares and she actually pays attention to things I talk about. I dont feel like another number there. Even the peace officer remembers everyone and is friendly WHILE maintaining order and keeping things flowing. I’ve been at patient here for over 2 yrs. There has been a lot of turnover with counselors but things do seem to be getting more consistent. There are no groups or classes offered, just methadone maintenance. One huge improvement is everyone gets weekend takehomes now since the pandemic started. It’s like anything else recovery based- you get out of it what you put in it. If you’re serious about making a change methadone can be a great option or alternative.
