Meh. Just had my annual, I feel like some questions are invasive and personal when despite my answer nothing different would change. So why ask? To be nosey, condescending and judgmental maybe? There's no real counseling so what do the questions about a pet's medications, where my child is, my Covid vaccine status, and how much money is spent on nefarious items a week matter? Getting personal once a year by a man you see once a year seems a bit pointless and intrusive when it doesn't matter the other 364 days out of the year... read more

I just haven’t had the attention from my counselor that I feel I need right now. Many red flags but it’s hard to explain when you feel nobody is listening

The nurses are very nice and very helpful in my opinion, but the others treat everyone as drug addict regardless of why your here. Let me clarify not all but most. They always seem to have awful attitudes . I try hard to be nice and always respectful but its hard because they treat you like trash even when you are using the facility as pain management. I definitely would never recommend going to this clinic.

Well, now that you have a nursing staff where everyone works their schedules or gets their shift covered if they can’t work, the lines started to become reasonable. That is up until about a week ago. Now I check the wait time while I’m making coffee at 430 am and consistently there are roughly 20 people in line. My issue with this is that I have to be at my job site 35 minutes from crossroads by 605. This place has literally changed my life for the better. The nurses are always so pleasant and kind to me. Melissa is the best office secretary a business could have. She makes you feel wanted when you walk in the door and check in. I’ve been able to reflect on myself and get back in control of my life. Such an awesome feeling that there is a rainbow 🌈 after the storm.
