I have been going to cross roads since the first day they opened. I transferred from a Richmond location. I’m very pleased with crossroads and they continue to treat me with respect, their caring, and continue to support me in my recovery.

This clinic has literally tripled in patients over the past year or so. There are not enough staff (nurses & counselors) to efficiently handle the number of ppl coming through every morning. There has been a really high turnover rate for counselors too- seems like as soon as you get comfortable with one, they’re gone & on to the next. Overall, it’s a pretty decent clinic! One thing I wish CTC would offer is suboxone & vivitrol MAT.
I love the center and the staff. Treatment has really helped turn my life around for the better. I’m grateful for the help and plan to continue with treatment thanks for the help!!!
Great people and great Doctor.
Most of the staff is always friendly. Although, they do have A LOT of turnover at that center. I’ve been going for 3 years & I’ve had 7-8 different counselors. The same is true for the head administrator & especially the front desk, too. I’m glad we still have the same physician these last 3 years, who is very pleasant. The fairly new app, Engage, is having its quirks. Such as patients still going in front of you. The center is respectful, friendly and efficient
The people are so welcoming and I love it here one thing I think should change is the new patient procedure you should be able to make appointment instead of sitting up there all night just to be first in line
