Not the first time I have given feedback, but I'm happy to say every time that I have struggled for longer than I would like to remember and have been to more places than I care to remember. And I have never done better than I have the past couple years with Crossroads. Honestly, the staff treats me better than any other office, whether it be PCP dentist or anyone else. Dr Gopal is my favorite Dr very understanding and very polite not judgmental at all! Amanda Higgs is very strict but in a nicer way where u know she is serious but u still don't feel cornered or disrespected. My counselor Ms. Carolyn, I just LOVE HER she calls me ANYTIME she is worried about me (wich is at least twice a week) and talks ANYTIME I need to. She is AWESOME!!
