Things have seemed to get better since my last review. I am pleased that they are working with me due to oxygen shortage and the drive I have. Since Covid they don’t allow us but 2 travel tanks cause there is a shortage so it’s been hard on me timing wise. I drive an hour each way. But we are working it out.

While in my office visit on 3/2/23. The doctor was extremely pleasant to encounter. As well as compassionate and empathetic. After leaving my appointment, there was an issue with the listed pharmacy. Therefore, I had to contact the inconvenient 1800# to make the office aware of this in time. I then proceeded to head back to Bethlehem where I live. In hopes that the doctor would be contacted in time to switch my script. I made the representative aware that I was in transit to my lical
