The Dr. was very supportive and actually pointed out the last Dr. that gave me my injection did not do it correct. He was very set on trying to come up with a plan that worked best for ME. he paid attention to detail and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.

Everything went fine except the only problem I have is with my appointment times. The receptionist never lets me choose my time and every month my appointment times keep getting later and later and just don’t work for me. I have children to be home for after school and I live an hour away so I can’t keep taking the later and later afternoon appointments. Hello, I entered Center of Hope in 2015. When I first came in things were very chaotic there. It was very unprofessional in my opinion and not run like other programs. Things took forever to get done and being there felt very oppressive. It was all cash and no insurance was accepted. The highest level you could reach was 2wks take home. After Crossroads came in and took over (Thank God) things immediately started to get better. The clients are treated with dignity and respect. I really feel like they care about me here. From the hardworking woman that is always there up front in sharon hill to take my vitals ( love her) to my dr and the care manager( love her too) they make me feel like if i had a problem again they would help asap. Been clean 4 years almost with this sub maintaining program and am weaning off finally. I feel comfortable and safe here and it is a nice and clean office
