LaTaisha has been the best counselor I’ve had in my long 5 years at this clinic. She is the most understanding and kind hearted person in this whole facility. She deserves a raise!

Great everyone is nice and helpful and I would recommend anyone to come there the only down fall about this place is that the doctors are never on time and have to wait a long time if your appointment is at 9am you don't Even see the doctor until After 10 or 1030 I have waited there for almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment that's the only down fall other then that it's a great place to go if you need the Help And want to truly be clean that's the best place to go for Maintenance I give you guys a 5 star rate even th... read more

Tracy, the woman I talked to, was very helpful. She made me feel at ease immediately, by having a warm, conversational style, which made me feel comfortable being open and honest. She was very understanding and a pleasure to talk to.

Not the first time I have given feedback, but I'm happy to say every time that I have struggled for longer than I would like to remember and have been to more places than I care to remember. And I have never done better than I have the past couple years with Crossroads. Honestly, the staff treats me better than any other office, whether it be PCP dentist or anyone else. These people are polite, they certainly know their job well and they treat me with respect every time. That's priceless in my eyes. Happy to give the review ... read more
