The nurses & dr are great!! Very nice & polite & really care about a person. The only thing is my appt took over an hour to b seen cause of the week b4 & the policeman, that got killed in McKeesport, was his funeral & they weren’t able to see patients at the office so this appt the scheduled double the patients on that day. They should’ve tried to figure something else out so we didn’t have to wait that long. But I understand, after they explained it to me. At least this doesn’t happen on every visit!!!

Very organized and very good about keeping me informed if I have to wait longer than usual….. 99% of the time very efficient with time management…. All the staff seems genuinely concerned about each patient and don’t look down at patients like some medical offices do once they see history of addiction they treat and look down at you like you’re a junky!!

Everyone I have meet at the treatment center I go to are always nice and professional. Also I never have to actually wait very long to see the doctor. And I like that my appointments get sent straight to my phone so I never forget when I have an appointment
