Great overall experience. One complaint is there has started to be lengthy waits on a regular basis. While most patients understand occasional delays, it’s frustrating especially when no patient is at the window but people are waiting in line. The goal is for patients to successfully re-integrate into healthy life that means having jobs. Frequent and unpredictable wait times make that challenging. Y'all staff is really nice and respectful.. Anything I needed y'all was welcomed to help me.. plus I like how y'all have cold water bottles, coffee, and now y'all have chips to keep us comfortable... Any assistance we need, the staff will. Help you with it .. only problem I have is some of the staff left.. otherwise I would choose them everytime..
As always the staff was kind, courteous and well informed.Anything that would help me with my ongoing chronic condition was addressed.

Both the doctor and the intake manager (nurse) are very nice and professional. I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes.

Dr.Mallory Willett actually is an experienced addiction specialist vs the rest I’ve seen being regular doctors or OBGYN’s.
Everyone at Crossroads is really helpful & always kind & courteous!! From the office staff to the Dr.! They go above & beyond to ensure your life has what it needs to be successful in your drug treatment. From adequate food, housing, utilities, counseling, transportation, etc! They help with just about every concern that could cause relapse! My Dr & I have such a comfortable rapport & she knows a lot about me, but…she shares things about herself with me.
