I've been going to Crossroads for 2 years without the women and men working there with hearts I would have never been able to be who I am today. Clean remarried and hopefully getting custody of my daughter. They are my Lifesavers!!!

I love being a patient at crossroads! All of the staff are amazing, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, They treat me with respect and like family. They really do care. They remember conversations from my last appointment and ask about how everything is going and they remember when I tell them something and ask about it specifically. Having that many patients is hard to remember and know each one but the staff at Crossroads in New Castle really do. My Counselor , Derrick and the nursing staff are terrific...And Lester does an awesome job at keeping things going and taking care of everyone out in the waiting area .All around it's an awesome clinic... I'd recommend it to anyone that may need Medicine assisted treatment...

Customer service is always a plus friendly people always makes the experience pleasant keep up the good work only problem I’m gonna have is missing the staff here in New Castle I would recommend crossroads if I had a friend with an issue.
