I very much like Darlene at crossroads of Washington. I’ve been seeing her for my mental health meds and it’s a bummer to know that crossroads is doing away with that program

I love the organization in there now! I've been going to them for 3.5 years now. And since this new group has taken over, I feel really confident in my recovery now! The counselors are wonderful. The doctors actually care. I do love that they're going to be sending home meds now, the only problem is the past 2 times mine hasn't been there

Emily in the Front office was very welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel at ease with it being my first time. Was so happy to hear the director left a bunch of us were! Things really went downhill when she came. The employees left are working hard to take care of all our needs and a lot of us need it. The 2 nurses are awesome! Dominique and Alyssa I think are their names? Super caring and do things fast. The 2 counselors are good. My only complaint is that one of them, the one with the accent is hard to understand and she doesn’t seem to know how to do things and is argumentative. Kimberly is a great worker. She is very friendly and accommodating but as far as the things that happen higher up, it’s not great. I was never asked to pay any money and now all of a sudden I have a $10,000 bill.
