The counselors are wonderful. The doctors actually care. I do love that they're going to be sending home meds now, the only problem is the past 2 times mine hasn't been there

Emily in the Front office was very welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel at ease with it being my first time. The Doctor Who was Hillary was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and together we created a good plan moving forward and I appreciate it all of her help and assistance.

Was so happy to hear the director left a bunch of us were! Things really went downhill when she came. The employees left are working hard to take care of all our needs and a lot of us need it. The 2 nurses are awesome! Dominique and Alyssa I think are their names? Super caring and do things fast. The 2 counselors are good. My only complaint is that one of them, the one with the accent is hard to understand and she doesn’t seem to know how to do things and is argumentative. Kimberly is a great worker. She is very friendly and accommodating but as far as the things that happen higher up, it’s not great. I was never asked to pay any money and now all of a sudden I have a $10,000 bill.
