It was an ok! But I was in the virtual waiting room for 1& 1/2 hours without anyone coming back over to even let me know they didn’t forget about me. So I ended up having to call 2 times to make sure they were still aware I was still there. After I seen the Dr the receptionist just said ok have a good night and didn’t schedule my next appointment with me she just sent me the next date and time so now I have to reschedule because that was the whole piont of the virtual that time and day doesn’t work for me anymore! I’ve been with crossroads since you all were the starting point. I came in with many years of sobriety. Today 15 plus years of complete sober living. Every month I enjoy taking with Isabel Sullivan (my doctor). She knows my entire life story. Hopefully I don’t ever have to change Dr’s. We have a great working relationship
