The staff at the New Castle office go above and beyond!! I love the in person Dr Kathy and I think that Caitlyn C (i hope i’m spelling it right) is #1 in my book, from helping me get into rehab to checking up on me and when i got back home and got a job she helped schedule me so i didn’t have to miss work!! All the staff are kind and sweet and very helpful!!! I’m doing really well now and i believe this place and especially Caitlyn are some of my biggest factors! I’m very happy with my interactions with the people at Crossroads. The ladies that I see every time for my Drug test, and scheduling my next appointment and such, are so kind and you can tell that they really care.

Well this is a new experience for me but to be honest I think I picked the right treatment center to help me get myself and my life back on track. Everyone here is so nice and professional they are kind and they take your needs in consideration.
