I've never had an issue with the staff at my home clinic, they're all very awesome. The CALL CENTER on the other hand sucks. There should definitely be a little more communication between the clinics and the customer service department. I have had MANY negative conversations with the call center. They are RARELY helpful, they hang up on people all the time, and for the most part, most of them are just rude and nasty. If I had an issue and I needed real help from these people, I'd be screwed... Once u had a withdrawal seizure... read more
